Refer a friend amazon voucher

I joined through the 'refer a friend' had recieved an email after first bill was paid to state that should receive within 30days its now past the 30days, im still quite new to BT so ive no clue on what to do, any help or tips i will really appreciate it thankyou!

Hi @heathernicole97, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post about the Refer a Friend offer. Refer a Friend to BT Broadband does say it's 45 days from your your friends activation date.
Is it past the 45 days yet?
