      <title>Getting "Sorry, we can't get your account details" message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to access my billing details on MyBT via mobile and PC/Laptop. Unfortunately, all I get is the message "Sorry, we can't get your account details at the moment". It says I have 4 accounts connected to my BT ID, however I am unable to switch between them on either mobile or PC. As far as I am aware, the homepage for MyBT doesn't show any BT account number - so really unsure what's going on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
