Removing an old BT ID

Hi all, recently rejoined BT and having some problems.

1. MyBT shows my old BT ID from a few years ago so none of my details are correct on there with regards to bills, packages etc, getting nowhere trying to remove the old one

2. I was a NOW TV Sport subscriber prior to rejoining BT, when I rejoined BT it was with their Entertainment (NOW) package and when my BT account linked to my NOW account, for some reason they have upped the cost of my Sports package that I was on to over £40..... Tried speaking to the customer comms team but again getting nowhere with them.

Can anyone help
