I am in exactly the same position. My dad has just gone into a care home and I have lasting power of attorney. I need to cancel his bt account but cannot find any correspondence in his house with a account number. Would appreciate some help in sorting this please

PS check bank statements as the account number may show on them if he pays by direct debit.
