    <description>&lt;P&gt;I receive exactly the same message and have been doing so for the last 15 months or so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I want to do is to give BT more money by upgrading my tv package and BT make it so difficult to do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why can't I change my package online via my account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
