      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would be grateful for some advice on this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to return some BT equipment which I am not using currently. I have not been requested to do so (my contract is ongoing).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot seem to find the link on the BT website anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I request bags and labels to return this equipment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best wishes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sabina&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the problems getting hold of a returns kit to send back the equipment.&amp;nbsp; Give my colleagues a shout in the helpdesk and they should be able to organise this.&amp;nbsp; You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Post back and let me know how you get on chatting with them.&lt;/P&gt;
