Amazon gift card

I keep getting emails telling me to claim my gift card for joining but when I check in my bt it states I have no offers to claim I would like to use this to purchase a birthday gift for someone and have been trying to claim it for two weeks now

Thanks for posting can I ask do you have more than one account attached to your BT ID and when you log into your MyBT Account?

Yes I seem to have an account from ten years ago attached
