Cannot Access MyBT - login takes me straight to email

Have tried logging in with my BT ID, but it still goes back to EMail. Possibly as my BT ID used to be, I believe, one of my email addresses. How do I cure this!

Hi @TimGlass, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Have you been able to access your BTID ok until recently?

Are you sure that the email address is the one actually used for the BTID as it doesn't have to be a @btinternet email address?

Thanks. I can't remember it not working ever before - I use it to check my bill, inter alia.
I do have another email address that's not btinternet, but this seems to take me to my bt email as well!
Do I need a new BTID, and if so, is there an easy way to do this.
