Reward card

Hi there,

When we joined BT in July this year we were told and sent an email to sign up for a reward card. However whenever I click the link on the email it doesn’t mention anything about a reward card on the account.

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction please?

Did you place your order via a 3rd party website?
How much was the reward for your order?

Hi John,

I think it was through a 3rd party yes. It said £50. I’d received several emails from bt themselves saying to claim it also following installation.

Can you try clearing your browser cookies and cache and use this link to claim your reward card?

Is there more than one account number assosiated with your BT ID? If there is please ensure to choose your newly issued account from the drop down option.
