Digital rewards card is claimed but I can't access it

Hi,

I was sent a rewards card link about a month ago and I'm sure I claimed it. The BT rewards website also says I've claimed it but it won't tell me when. I went to use it today but realised I cannot access the card. I haven't used the card once yet.

Is there a special link I need to use to access the card? I can't even find the link that I originally clicked to claim the card. Maybe it was a one time link but it wasn't clear?

Hi @RobertHannah, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
As you've claimed your reward first check that the order isn't still showing as open or your MyBT.
If the order is completed then get in touch with the BT reward card service team on 0344 879 1068 or email them at bt@purecard.com and they'll be able to help you.
