      <title>Digital rewards card is claimed but I can't access it</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was sent a rewards card link about a month ago and I'm sure I claimed it. The BT rewards website also says I've claimed it but it won't tell me when. I went to use it today but realised I cannot access the card. I haven't used the card once yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a special link I need to use to access the card? I can't even find the link that I originally clicked to claim the card. Maybe it was a one time link but it wasn't clear?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Robert&lt;/P&gt;</description>
