In these circumstances we find the easiest way to fix it is to delete the BT ID which will allow you to set it up again with your new account information.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently purchased a package from BT, however I believe the engineer heard my birthday wrong over the phone, therefore when trying to activate my BT ID, it’s telling me the security details are wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get a fix for this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
