Deleting an old account

Hi there

I recently joined BT Broadband which created a new BT account for me but I still have an old account that I used to use for TV.

I was hoping that someone would be able to help me delete the old account please

Hi @CottageChat, thanks for your PM earlier to confirm that after I deleted the BTID you've set it up again and it's working as it should.
