    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've recently upgraded to full fibre and was looking to claim my 12 month Xbox Game Pass, but after following the steps in the email I cannot find the BT Content Partner section on my account. I believe I may have the same issue that has been posted previously in posts such as&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/VerifyUserEmailPage/user-id/321063/mail-message-tracking/LLZRF1S21E8UGK" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.bt.com/t5/user/VerifyUserEmailPage/user-id/321063/mail-message-tracking/LLZRF1S21E8UGK&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've followed the steps and the section does not appear for me when going to My BT -&amp;gt; My Products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do have multiple accounts (one old account, one account created in error and one actual account), and I cannot see this section for another of them. I have contacted about this previously and thought my account issue had been resolved but it looks to still be an issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please can someone reach out and resolve this for me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
