Re BT returns

I have received a bag to return a home hub5. As you can see in the photo there is the return address label and a seperate bar code sticker on the left. My question is "does this bar code sticker go on the return bag as well as the address label?"

Hi @arbeeuk, thanks for your post and sorry for any confusion.

The barcode at the side has a note, 'lift here to return', if you lift this off does it say anything underneath?

Either way as long as you get a proof of postage and keep this until the item is marked as received back it should be ok with just the address label.

There is nothing under the lift it here label so I will just use the address label like you suggested.
