Good Morning

Am looking for help as I can’t manage my subscription at all on the Microsoft website as I have the problem as this person https://community.bt.com/t5/Bills-Packages/Xbox-Game-Pass-Ultimate-Subscription/td-p/2276939

Can someone please help thanks
