    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm coming to the end of my contract and want to review my TV package options but when I go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Your Products&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;TV and Sport&lt;/STRONG&gt; I get the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This error has persisted for a while now so not confident it will fix itself!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other posters seem to have required a BT team member to fix some account linking issue in the background...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Grant&lt;/P&gt;</description>
