&lt;P&gt;This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only BT Employees are the forum moderators and one of them has already confirmed that the only option is via a credit to your account. Surely that is the same thing, as you will be paying for a long term contract, so bill credits will help towards the cost.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wait until your next bill, and you should see a credit applied. If its a large amount, then its likely to be credited over a number of months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
