Removal of old accounts

Hi,

I need to remove two old accounts from my online account. Whenever I log in, it reverts back to these accounts instead of my new one. I cannot find anywhere that can help me.

Hi @suzhau81, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok.

If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll probably have to delete your BTID and you can set it up again once the deletion is completed,

Hi,
I will private message as I have tried to setup another BTID but it just keeps going back to the same account. It wont let me use another email address. Thanks.
