Lost Access to Xbox Gamepass

So I signed up in March for a new contract with 12 months free Gamepass. I had issues with it initially due to having previously contract with a gamepass and it broke. That got fixed and been using for last 6 months approx. Now go to log in to try Starfield to find I no longer have it and if I got through my account it isn't showing my subscription or date and I can only sign up for a free month and then it is £10 a month.

Any ideas what has happened here? I don't want to sign up to getting a free month when I am missing 6 months of what I am meant to be receiving.
