Landline?

What happens if I do not have a landline installed ? And will there be any charge? Many thanks

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

How are you going to get broadband without some form of line, whether its copper or fibre? That is the major part of the cost.

A phone service is an optional extra, as you can just have broadband only, which is about £5 cheaper.

Thats what I was wondering, would BT put a landline in? Will have to phone them, thank you 😊

What it means, is that you do not get a phone service.
