    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do you talk to BT after 9pm as tech support and orders hang up at 9pmwhen dialing 150?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT have stuffed my order up for the fourth time since I placed it August 11th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My order should have had August23rd:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Digital Voice with my existing BT number ported&amp;nbsp; - sorry we forgot to mention we cannot port your number until your gfast account ceases as you need a new account to order fttp which is blocking this process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NowTV - none of my channels work on sd or hd but I've been paying for them since Aug 23rd as sorry we registered your now account against the wrong email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tnt sports with HD- only works on&amp;nbsp; sd but I have the HD Bolt on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no phone line as the number port has knocked out my digital voice and no one at bt is available to help as its not between 8am and 9pm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I speak to tech support or the ordrrsteamasthis is not acceptable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
