How do I remove old account numbers?

If you're trying to remove an account from your MyBT (BT ID), you won't be able to.

That's something that we can help you with being moderators who work for BT.

I'm going to send you a private message so we can pick this up for you. It may take us a couple of working days before we get back to you but we will.
