    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently signed up to BT Broadband and i was told they would need to take a payment of 20.00 before connection date&amp;nbsp; but it would be refunded within 7 days ?? I've received my first bill and I've been charged 9.99 connection fee but still no refund for the 20.00?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry you've not received the £20. Was this a payment for equipment you had ordered or an upfront deposit before we would connect your service?&lt;/P&gt;
