Can't unlink XBOX Game Pass ultimate now expired

Hi,

I've seen multiple instances of this being solved for other people, but essentially my Xbox Game Pass ultimate (GPU) from BT expired yesterday 11/09/23 and my subscription on Xbox.com shows as still managed my BT. I'm not able to add new codes on my Xbox account as my account still shows as managed by BT/EE, which it shouldn't be.

I have tried a new GPU 1 month code but I get the following error.

'Contact your subscription provider This cannot be used with an existing subscription.

PUR-ConversionBlockedSyndicated'

Please help.

Hi, @XboxGamer Welcome to the community, I'm sorry you're Game Pass control has not reverted back to Microsoft after your subscription expired. I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team and we'll ask our Xbox team to help.

Can my Xbox account be unlinked from my BT account, is there a way to do this?
