Can’t unlink Game Pass from BT account.

Hello, I was previously subscribed to Game Pass via my BT account and this has now expired. However, now when I go directly into the Microsoft account to renew it says it is still managed by BT and gives the following error:

Contact your subscription provider This cannot be used with an existing subscription. PUR-ConversionBlockedSyndicated

i would like to renew directly with Microsoft, so could someone help with unlinking my BT account, please?
