However, now when I go directly into the Microsoft account to renew it says it is still managed by BT and gives the following error:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact your subscription provider This cannot be used with an existing subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;PUR-ConversionBlockedSyndicated&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i would like to renew directly with Microsoft, so could someone help with unlinking my BT account, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
