Refer a Friend website not functional?

I am trying to take advantage of the "Refer a Friend" deal for broadband. When I go the website

https://www.bt.com/broadband/refer-a-friend

there doesn't seem to be any place to enter the requested emails. Was this website functioning before?

One of the forum moderators (BT Staff) posted yesterday, see Here

We have currently stopped our refer a friend scheme as of the 10/09/2023. There are no plans to bring it back at present. We will update our website over time.

BT don't have a great track record when it comes to websites. Shambles is a word that springs to mind.
