      <title>Problem with BT Returns issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have sent the BT equipment back to BT through Post Office, I even have a proof of it (receipt). The problem is that, I keep receiving messages from BT SMS service that I have not returned it yet. Although I received a message earlier saying "we got your equipment" 2 days after the returning through Post Office, I get a message every 2 weeks saying that they did not receive it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was looking away to contact through online or by phone, but there is not a proper way to do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT CS 03301234150 does not have a question for BT RETURNS!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
