Can't activate TNT on Discovery Plus

I ordered TNT Sports via BT last night but I can't get it to work in the Discovery Plus app.

I tried to activate it but it takes me through then says contact BT.

I can watch using the BT Sport app but that closes soon.

Can anyone help?

I believe its Discovery+ you need to activate it on

If the option to activate doesn't appear in MyBT then email me at tv.apps@bt.com with your BT ID and BT account number, and I'll sort it.
