Multiple accounts attached to email

Hello,

My email address appears to be linked to two BTIDs and whenever I try to login it logs in with my old ID and I can’t access my actual current account and view any of my bills on my new ID. Could I have some help in removing the old ID and gaining access to my current ID. Thanks, Harry
