    <description>&lt;P&gt;So it appears my BT account has been compromised and an Xbox ultimate pass ordered. I'd love to admit I'm digitally aware but I'm most definitely not so this came as a shock. I've gone in to my account this morning and changed my password. I've also cancelled the subscription - looks like scammers will have access up to 21/10/2023. Hopefully I won't be charged the&amp;nbsp; £10 it mentions in the email. Incidentally this came through around 02:00 GMT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can see from your other post that customer services have refunded the £10.&lt;/P&gt;
