Multiple Accounts

I have an old account in my MyBT which is preventing me from viewing the details of my current account. Is it possible to get this removed or updated so I can see my newer account please?

Thanks for looking at that. My old account homepage has gone but now I get an error message along the lines of:

Sorry something's gone wrong.

There's been a problem getting your account details.
We have registered this problem and will be looking into it shortly.
