My Amazon voucher has still not been received for me or the person that referred me. Broadband went live on 5th August. Can anybody please help?

Hi @richard8899,

Thank you for taking my call today. I've had an update from the Promotions Team. They've confirmed that you are entitled to the Refer A friend offer and they placed an order to have one sent to you.

This was done on the 7th and it can take up to 14 days for the Voucher to arrive.
