BT Broadband Refer a friend - Amazon Voucher not yet recieved

I was referred under refer a friend BT broadband scheme by my friend in July this year and to date no £50 voucher has been received by me or my friend.. Monthly bills have been paid for past 3 months, but we've not yet heard anything about voucher. Can you please have a look and advise when this will be issued?

Thanks for coming back on this

My friend had sent a referral link generated via his BT account and I used that link to enroll myself with BT broadband. I can provide the link which my friend sent in a private message, if that is required.

We both i..e my friend (who sent the referral link) and myself ( who placed the order) have not yet received any voucher and hence wanted to get an update on this.

Please advise
