Hello I cannot find my free Xbox one year game pass

I go to my products and content partners is no where to be found

Hi, @Alfieblackford welcome to the community and thanks for posting, do you have more than one account number associated with your BT ID? You also need to go to MyBT through a web browser and not through the MyBT app.

Thank you for responding but I have been using a web browser and yes I do but I’m on the correct one
