I am sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card. As we are extremely busy at present, it may be much faster to give our guides in the helpdesk a shout on 0330 1234 150. They'll be able to claim for the reward card for you today as opposed to having to wait a few days for us to get back to you.

Do you want to try that and let me know how you get on, please? If you run into any problems we'll be happy to pick up from here if needs be.
