Hi. My name is Yurii. I and my family came from Ukraine under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme program. We have left 19 months permits to stay in the UK. We are now moving to the rented house. We need to connect the Internet. Can you please tell me if you can connect your Internet for a period of 19 months no more? Do you have any special programs for Ukrainian refugees? Thanks for your support.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

However, bear in mind that most BT Broadband contacts are 24 months, so if you leave after 19 months, there would be a proportional cancellation charge.

There are 12 month deals as well https://www.bt.com/broadband/twelve-month-deals

You could always extend that month by month.
