Hello

Why when choosing a new deal I am unable to select the new regional deals for new customers which is £10 per month cheaper when bt state ''PRICE PROMISE Never pay more than a new customer. NO EXCEPTIONS'

Obviously this is an exception

Any ideas anyone?

Hi, @samber welcome back to the community, the price promise applies when you are choosing a plan that also has Halo 3+. Are you looking at a plan that doesn't have that included?

I no longer require Halo 3 but am finding it difficult to get a contract renewal price without, I would much rather choose the regional offer with complete WIFI which works out quite bit cheaper per annum, but when I try and select it my request is declined.

I get a similar result from the chat service despite makng it clear I no longer require landline or Halo 3 service.

I am going round and round in circles
