Hi,

I need to return my BT Pro box and have received the returns bag.
I have lost the packaging and any bits that it came with due to a house move.

So do I just put the BT Pro Box, Remote and HDMI lead in the return bag loose?

Hi @Dfj1983, @imjolly is correct and that will suffice. Just remember to get a proof of postage and keep it safe until the box is marked as received back so you don't incur a charge.
