Refer a Friend - No Vouchers

Hi. Around the beginning of September I invited a friend to join BT. I managed to do it before the end of the promotion with an amazon vouchers. Unfortunately it's been over 45 days and nothing. Can you please advise me if I have any chance of getting the vouchers.

Previous experience of inviting a friend - was successful. Now I have done everything exactly the same way, but without results.

@Vladyslav welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry the refer-a-friend vouchers have not arrived. If your friend's order is eligible there should be no problems getting the vouchers sorted. I'll send you a private message so you can send over your details and we'll ask our voucher team to investigate.
