Recently changed fibre and got told I get a free 12 month ultimate Xbox subscription but when I go to redeem get no code to put in so I just press next and then it comes up with 1 month subscription

any ideas

The 12 month subscription shows 1 month at a time and is renewed monthly automatically

So now I’m being charged for one month for 12.99 for something that they said Il get for 12 months for free

Did you use the Xbox pass link in your MYBT to register for free?

Yeah it took me to Microsoft and said 1 month and charged me for that month
