No option in my bt to pause Now tv package

This is a very frustrating problem. My bt says you can cancel or restart now tv packages on a monthly basis. When I click the ‘manage’ link in my bt under Now entertainment there is no such option. In fact quite the opposite - tha app tries to flog me different packages.

have now been on hold for ages on the phone - it is completely disingenuous of bt to pretend you can manage subscriptions easily via the app and then make it hard for you to change subscriptions by keeping you on hold on the phone.

You can't pause a subscription but you can change your NowTV package once a month.

You can add and remove the NowTV passes or change the promotion you're on, you do have to have at least 1 base promotion, you can't pause the entire BT TV subscription though.

Yea but when I click manage in the app, there is no option to do so
