      <title>Unable to access bills in my BT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i cannot access my bills in my BT (no bills appear)- and the account number is different to the one in my emails. I did have to cancel an order and set up again whilst in the process of making my order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t actually see my full account number in my emails either as it is asterisked out. Is there a simple way to add my new account number to my email log in so I can access my bills?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;lee&lt;/P&gt;</description>
