I've just gone back to a BT TV/internet package, namely the VIP Full Fibre 500 after 4 years with Virgin. The equipment duly arrived and was installed yesterday and is up and running.</P><P>However, I've only had text messages from BT regarding the installation following ordering the service by phone. I've had no emails from BT at all and whilst I can still access my email account when I try to login to MY BT it just loops back to the email.
