BT referal

I was referred by a friend in August and received the email in saying:

Congratulations – you’ve been successfully referred to BT Broadband. Once your first bill has been paid, your £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card should be with you in the next 30 days.

I am with BT three months now, nothing received. I also contacted bt several times, always told me will call me back to confirm, again, nothing happened.
