Not received Amazon referral voucher

I joined BT in August and on 1st Sept I received an email saying I would receive my Amazon referral voucher within 30 days but neither myself nor my friend has received them still and I have already paid a bill, soon to be two bills (1st Nov). Please can this be looked into? Thanks
