Have not received my amazon vouchers

Hello

I have not received my refer a friend vouchers and cannot find who to contact about it. The referral was done about 3 months ago. I have called but nobody is able to help me there and I can't see anything on my emails of who I can contact. Is anybody able to point me in the right direction please and thanks?

Thanks for posting about the refer a friend offer. Can you just confirm if both accounts are fully connected and first bills paid?
