Moving house and got sent the wrong things

Ive recently moved house and while getting setup for the “temporary” mini hub we supposed to receive but instead we got a BT smart hub which in case isn’t bad but is confusing because we were told that in 2 days after we get the mini hub we would get the permanent hub or router. But today (Monday) was when we we’re supposed to get the permanent wifi but instead got the EE mini hub, This is just really confusing

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

Its possible there is going to be a delay in providing service, so BT have sent the EE mini hub to give you a connection while you are waiting.

You just got the "permanent" hub early. Just carry on as normal.
