      <description>&lt;P&gt;there are numerous posts like your on forum ahve you read for possible causes of missing content partners?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;do you have more than 1 BT account maybe old previous one?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;when was your activation date?&amp;nbsp; is your order now closed in MYBT?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;has your first bill been paid?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you must use pc/laptop to access MYBT not app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
