Check if there is a drop down option beside your account number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;If you have then i&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;font-size:14px;"&gt;f you are able to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok as the old account is most likely the cause.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;
