How do I delete an old account please?

Hi @chrissy1989 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, is the old account number causing any issues with your MyBT account?

We can remove it and I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with your details. We're quite busy at the moment so it will take longer than usual for us to respond, if this is urgent the billing team will be able to help, you can reach them on this link.
